Raspberry Nutella Pie Iron Toasties

Cook up a camping dessert in a pie iron - filled with fresh raspberries, hazelnut spread and chocolate.

Ingredients

  • 8 slices cinnamon bread
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 4 tbsp Hazelnut spread
  • 1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 6 oz fresh raspberries
  • 1/2 cup mini marshmallows, (optional)

Instructions

  • Spray both side of the inside of the pie iron with cooking spray.
  • Spread butter on one side of each piece of bread. Place a piece of bread butter side down into half of a pie iron.
  • On the other side of the piece of bread, spread hazelnut spread. Add raspberries, chocolate chips and marshmallows (optional)
  • Top with another piece of bread, butter side up.
  • Close up pie iron and cook over the fire or hot coals for approximately 15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
