- 1 ball refrigerated pizza dough
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1/2 cup mozarella cheese
- 1 pinch garlic powder and oregano
- pepperoni, black olives, onions, mushrooms, peppers, parmesan, etc.
Divide dough into eight equal pieces.
Spray inside of pie iron with cooking spray.
Stretch one piece of dough to cover the bottom of the pie iron.
Add pizza sauce, Mozzarella cheese, pepperoni or other pizza toppings. Sprinkle with a pinch of oregano and garlic powder.
Close up pie iron and cut away excess dough.
Place in hot coals or near heat source and cook for approximately 10 minutes, turning halfway through to ensure even cooking.
